南芬露天铁矿分期境界出入沟过渡探讨

摘要: 南芬露天铁矿分期分区开采过渡期间,在面临边坡滚石的制约和出入沟过渡的问题时,适时调整截滚石平台的标高和宽度是十分必要的。将扩帮过渡平台设计为过渡出入沟,并用编排采掘进度计划的方法对其验证,从而实现了南芬露天矿安全生产和平稳扩帮过渡的目标,同时形成了近距离运输公路,降低卡车的柴油消耗,避免追加运营费用,提升了矿山的经济效益。

关键词: 露天矿, 出入沟, 扩帮过渡, 分期境界

Abstract: During the transition of the mining by stages and by divisions in Nanfen open-pit iron mine,aiming at the problems of the slope rolling stone's constraints and haulageway transition,it's very necessary to adjust the elevation and height of cutting the rolling stones platform.The platform of the wall pushback transition is designed to the transitional haulagway,which is verified by the method of making up the digging schedule plan in order to achieve the goal of safety production and smooth and steady wall pushback transition in Nanfen open-pit iron mine.Meanwhile,the short distance highway transportation is formed with the consumption of trucks fuel lowered,the additional operating costs reduced and the economic benefits of the mine enhanced.
