摘要: 四川某难选氧化铜矿石矿物组成和结构构造复杂,游离氧化铜与结合氧化铜占总铜的93.79%,以孔雀石和蓝铜矿的形式存在,铜矿物嵌布粒度较细,主要分布在非金属矿物裂隙中。对该矿石的工艺技术条件研究结果表明,DZ-602与Na2S组合可有效活化氧化铜矿物,提高其疏水性,采用2粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,最终可获得铜品位为20.12%、铜回收率为75.35%的铜精矿。

Abstract: The mineral composition and structure of a refractory oxide copper in Sichuan is complex while the total copper of 93.79% are free copper oxide and combined copper oxide. These copper oxide exists in the form of malachite and azurite with fine dissemination and mainly distributes in the non-metallic mineral fractures. The technical conditioning tests for this ore indicated that the combination of DZ-602 and Na2S can effectively activate the oxidized copper minerals and increase its hydrophobic property. By adopting the process of two roughings,two cleanings,and two scavenings and middles back to the flowsheet in turn,copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.12% and copper recovery of 75.35% was obtained.
