下向二步进路开采上向充填采矿应用研究

摘要: 针对南任铁矿区极不稳定矿岩进路充填采矿效率低、安全性差的现状,在现场勘察、试验及数值模拟的基础上,提出了维持顶板暴露面积不变的下向二步进路回采上向充填的方案。在顶板支护优化与逐孔爆破相结合的基础上,进行了现场试验。结果表明,该方案有效地简化了施工工序,提高了回采效率和采场的安全性,对该地区极不稳定破碎岩体安全高效开采有示范意义。

Abstract: The upward drift stoping with backfill for instable rock mass in Nanren iron mines area was ineffective and unsafe.In view of this situation,based on the on-site inspection,test and numerical simulation,the downward two-step drift stoping with upward backfill method that keeps the roof area invariable was put forward.Combining of the optimization of roof support with hole-by-hole blasting,the on-site tests were carried out.The results indicated that this new method could simplify the construction process,improve the mining efficiency and the stoping safety.Therefore,it has demonstration significance for safely and effectively mining of instable broken rock mass in this district.
