人工矿柱稳定性相似模拟试验研究

摘要: 针对某金矿因矿柱回收导致顶板不稳固,以及矿体不能充分回收的问题,确定采用人工矿柱代替原生矿柱来对顶板进行支撑。通过对原生矿柱的相似模拟试验研究,论证了在矿体走向较短的情况下,人工矿柱可代替原生矿柱;并且开采跨度较小时,适当减小人工矿柱尺寸可节约生产成本。

Abstract: In view of the instable roof resulted from the pillar recovery of the gold ore,and the insufficient recovery of the ore-body,the artificial pillar is adopted to support the roof instead of primary pillar.Through the similar simulation experiment research of primary pillar,it is demonstrated that the artificial pillar can replace the primary pillar for the fairly short ore-body.When the mining span is small,the cost of production can be saved by appropriately decreasing the size of artificial pillar.
