复合顶板综采面沿空留巷技术研究与应用

摘要: 矸石带巷旁支护的优点是节省支护材料、稳定性较好,缺点是矸石带的可缩量大、前期支护阻力小、顶板下沉量大、构筑矸石带的劳动强度大。对于复合顶板薄煤层综采工作面,有效控制巷道围岩状况,尤其是对巷旁充填段复合顶板的控制是沿空留巷技术能否成功的关键。通过结合数值模拟软件及现场留巷情况分析巷旁充填矸石带后巷道围岩应力及变形状况,模拟不同充填矸石带宽度对留巷效果的影响,得出在此条件下成功应用巷旁充填3 m宽矸石带沿空留巷的技术。

Abstract: The roadside support with gangue zone has advantages of less support materials consumption and good stability.And its disadvantages involve large set-back amount,small support resistance at the beginning,big roof subsidence and great labor intensity in building gangue zone.For the fully mechanized coal face of compound roof and thin seam,it is the key of the god-side entry retaining technology to effectively control the surrounding rock of the tunnel,especially the compound roof at the section of roadside filling.Combining with the numerical simulation software and the situation of the entry retaining,the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock after roadside filling with gangues are analyzed,and the influence of different gangue zones width to the gob-side entry retaining is simulated.Based on this condition,the gob-side entry retaining technology with roadside support of 3 m gangue zone is successful.
