云南某中等品位胶磷矿矿石正反浮选工艺研究

Study on the Direct-reverse Flotation Technology of Moderate Grade of Collophanite Ore from Yunan

摘要: 云南某中等品位胶磷矿矿石属于典型的硅钙质磷块岩。为了给该矿石的开发利用提供依据,采用正反浮选工艺对其进行了选矿试验。结果表明,在-0.074 mm占87.72%的棒磨细度下,经1粗1精1扫正浮选和1粗1扫反浮选,可获得P2O5品位为30.22%、MgO含量为0.71%、P2O5回收率为83.72%的磷精矿,产品质量达到酸法加工用磷矿石一等品标准。

Abstract: A moderate grade of collophanite ore in Yunnan belongs to the typical silicate-calcareous phosphorite. In order to provide the basis for development and utilization of the ore,beneficiation tests were carried out by direct and reserve flotation. The results showed that under rod grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 87.72%,phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.22%,MgO content of 0.71%,P2O5 recovery of 83.72% was gained by the process of direct flotation with one rouging,one cleaning and one scavenging,and reserve flotation with one-roughing and one scavenging. The product quality reaches the first-class standard of phosphate ore for the acidic processing.
