姑山矿业公司后和睦山矿段开采方案研究

摘要: 根据马钢姑山矿业公司后和睦山矿段的矿床开采技术条件,确定无底柱分段崩落与诱导冒落相结合作为和睦山矿体首采段的采矿方法,双工作面回采诱导冒落法为其采矿方案。采用较大结构参数(-150 m分段采场结构参数为15 m×12.5 m,-162.5 m分段采场结构参数为12.5 m×12.5 m)与诱导冒落技术,确定了采准工程施工顺序和回采顺序并进行了试验采矿工程,对松软矿岩采准巷道提出掘支技术措施,保证了采矿工作的顺利进行。

Abstract: Based on introducing the mining conditions of the deposit in Houhemushan section of Gushan Mining Company,the joint of the pillarless sublevel caving method and the induced caving is determined as the mining method for the primary section of Hemushan deposit,and the induced caving with double working faces is as the mining plan. The larger structural parameters (stope structure parameters 15 m × 12.5 m for -150 m section,stope structure parameters 12.5 m × 12.5 m for -162.5 m section) and induced caving techniques are adopted to determine the construction order for mining preparation and the stoping sequence,and the mining engineering tests are carried out. The tunneling and supporting technical measures are proposed for the soft rocks for mining preparation to ensure the smooth progress of mining.
