特大型复杂矿区五品联动矿冶工程管理新模式研究

摘要: 以鞍钢集团矿业公司东部矿区为研究对象,针对我国此类特大型复杂矿区开发难的问题,创造性地提出了五品(矿石地质品位、采出品位、入选品位、精矿品位、入炉品位)联动矿冶工程管理新模式,建立了理论模型,实践了“以技术攻关实现关键环节点突破、以工程管理实现工序间线联动、以全矿区整体优化实现面拓宽”的发展思路。五品联动矿冶工程管理模式的实施取得了多项重要成果,获得巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Taking the Eastern Mining Area in Ansteel Iron and Steel Group Company as a research object,and in view of the problems of exploiting hard in large and complex mines,a new management model of mining and metallurgical engineering: five ore-grade linkage (ore geological grade,ore-mined grade,beneficiation feed grade,concentrate grade,furnace feed grade) is innovatively proposed.In this model,the theoretical model is established,practicing the development thinking of getting breakthrough through technological research; realizing the linkage between the processes through the effective project management; and then fulfilling the overall outcome through optimizing the indexes throughout the mine.The implement of five grade linkage gained a number of important achievements,and obtained great economic and social benefits.
