V类松动圈巷道协同锚固技术的应用

摘要: 在分析顺和煤矿西翼轨道运输大巷穿越三煤组含煤地层地质条件的基础上,依据围岩松动圈支护理论确定了巷道支护方案。采用“锚-网-索-喷-注”协同支护方式充分复合围岩天然承载结构作用,提高了支护结构的整体性和承载能力。通过巷道变形监测及数值模拟分析,巷道变形在设计范围内。工程试验表明,该方案支护效果好,与架棚支护相比,降低了工程造价,加快了施工进度,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the west main haulage roadway across the three coal-bearing geological conditions of Shunhe Coal Mine,and according to the released circle supporting theory,the supporting program of the roadway was determined.The joint-supporting of “anchoring-bolting-cable-shotcreting-grouting” means fully integrating the natural bearing structure of the surrounding rocks,and improves the integrity and carrying capacity of the supporting.Through monitoring and numerical simulation analysis,roadway deforms within its design limits.Engineering tests showed that the joint-supporting scheme has a good supporting effect.Compared with the shed supporting,it can lower the project costs,and speed up the construction progress.The scheme has certain value of popularization and application.
