陕西某低品位铜铅锌硫化矿石选矿试验

Beneficiation Test of a Low grade Copper-Lead-Zinc Sulfide Ore in Shaanxi

摘要: 针对陕西某低品位铜铅锌硫化矿石性质的特点,采用铜铅部分优先混合浮选原则流程,以西北矿冶研究院研制的锌抑制剂T80、铜铅混合浮选捕收剂酯-12、铜铅分离铅抑制剂T81为关键药剂,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用1粗3精1扫铜铅混浮、1粗1精1扫铜铅分离、1粗2精1扫选锌、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,获得了铜品位为2896%、回收率为6371%、伴生银品位为98084 g/t、回收率为1795%的铜精矿,铅品位为4537%、回收率为8187%、伴生银品位为68996 g/t、回收率为3605%的铅精矿,锌品位为5044%、锌回收率为8936%的锌精矿。

Abstract: According to the ore properties of a low grade copper-lead-zinc ore from Shaanxi, the paper adopted the principle flowsheet of copper-lead part-bulk flotation,with the Zn inhibitors T80 and collector ester-12 for copper-lead flotation and Pb depressant T81 developed by Northwest Research Institute of mining and metallurgy as key reagents. Through study on ore mineral processing experiment,the results show that the process of one roughing three cleaning one scavenging for copper-lead mix-flotation, one roughing one cleaning one scavenging for copper-lead separation, one roughing two cleaning one scavenging for zinc flotation and middlings returned in order to the flowsheet is adopted to treat the ore. The copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 28.96% and 63.71%, associated Ag grade and recovery of 980.84 g/t and 17.95%,Lead concentrate with Pb grade and recovery of 45.37% and 81.87%, and associated Ag grade and recovery of 689.96 g/t and 36.05%, and Zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 50.44% and 89.36% were separately achieved.
