聚磁介质几何特征对高梯度强磁选效果的影响

摘要: 为探究新设计的一种异形聚磁介质在高梯度强磁选机分选实践中的效果,进行了等间隙等丝径圆棒介质与异形介质、等间隙不同丝径圆棒介质和等间隙不同丝径异形介质的对比分选试验,并对等间隙等丝径圆棒介质和异形介质的选别精矿进行了粒度分析。结果表明:异形介质的高梯度强磁选机对细粒铁矿物的回收能力更强,具有降低目的矿物粒度下限的效果。

Abstract: Rod media which is widely used in high gradient high intensity magnetic separator owns features of high gradient magnetic field and large surface adsorption in separation. The teetch plate has characteristics of high intensity magnetic induction and high gradient magnetic cusps field. A new kind of profiled assembled magnetic media is designed. Contrastive experimental researches between the rod media and the profiled media with equal gap same wire diameter and equal gap different wire diameter are carried out. The results show that compared with the rod media,the profiled media is more benefit to recovery of fine iron minerals. Also,it can decline the lower limit of particle size suitable for target minerals.
