硬岩无底柱无岩覆盖层开采技术

摘要: 针对无底柱开采及顶板岩层覆盖层的形成特点及功能,提出无底柱无岩覆盖层组合开采技术的原理,以谋求达到减少开采投资、降低采矿成本。该技术以基础工程地质调查及岩石顶板可崩性评价为基础,结合低贫化出矿工艺特点及不需要再强制放顶的覆盖层形成方法,在相关监测手段的保证下实现采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法矿山的安全开采。

Abstract: Due to the pillarless caving method and the forming characteristics and functions of roof rock overburden layer,the principle of pillarless non-overburden stoping method is proposed to seek for reducing mining investment and costs.Based on the geological survey of foundation engineering,and cavability evaluation on the rock roof,and combining with characteristics of ore drawing with low dilution,the roof overburden layer without overhead caving is formed.Under a guarantee of relevant monitoring tools,the pillarless mining was successfully achieved.
