岩溶发育石灰石矿山钻孔爆破技术研究

摘要: 针对岩溶发育地区溶洞、裂隙等对爆破作业产生的影响和带来的问题,结合矿山生产实践,分别从钻孔、装药和起爆网路3个方面分析了问题产生的原因和可能产生的后果,总结了解决问题的具体操作方法,确定了空气间隔装药、孔外毫秒延时微差分段、电雷管与导爆管雷管混联的爆破方法,有效地提高了爆破效果,保证了爆破安全,降低了矿石开采成本。

Abstract: For the cave and cracks' impact on blasting and the problems posed in karst area,and combining with mine production practices,the causes of the problem and the possible consequences to solve the problem are analyzed from drill,charge and ignition network.The specific methods are summarized for solving the problems.The blasting methods,such as the air space charge method,outside hole millisecond short delay detonation technology and the hybrid blasting of electric cap and fuse blasting cap,are determined.These blasting methods effectively improved the blasting effect,ensured blasting safety and reduced the cost of ore exploration.
