陕西华阳川铀、铌、铅多金属矿石工艺矿物学研究

Characteristics of Process Mineralogy of U-Nb-Pb Polymetallic Ore in Huayangchuan,Shaanxi Province

摘要: 陕西华阳川铀、铌、铅多金属超大型矿床具有矿量大、矿种多、易开采等特点。为了给该资源的选矿工艺研究提供依据,对有代表性矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:①矿石中的主要有用矿物为铌钛铀矿,其次为方铅矿、独居石、褐帘石、重晶石、天青石、锆石等。②矿石中88.03%的UO2赋存于铌钛铀矿中,其余的铀以类质同象或吸附的形式赋存于独居石、褐帘石、磷灰石、榍石中;95.22%的Nb2O5赋存于铌钛铀矿中,其余以类质同象或吸附的形式赋存于褐帘石、磷灰石、榍石矿物中;89.00%的Pb赋存于方铅矿中,其余的铅以白铅矿的形式存在。③矿石主要呈自形—半自形粒状结构、包含包裹结构、环带结构、溶蚀结构、镶嵌结构和交代结构,细脉状、网脉状、浸染状和斑点状构造。④铌钛铀矿主要呈自形—半自形粒状侵入方解石和斜长石的裂隙中,与褐帘石、磷灰石等堆积共生,其嵌布粒度主要集中在0.15~1.5 mm;方铅矿主要呈自形—半自形粒状嵌布于方解石、斜长石中,粒径集中在0.3~1.2 mm;褐帘石、独居石、磷灰石等矿物往往共生在一起,沿脉石矿物的裂隙充填,粒度变化较大。基于有用矿物的嵌布粒度较宽,建议考虑采用阶段磨选工艺回收。

Abstract: Huayangchuan U-Nb-Pb polymetallic deposit of Shaanxi Province belongs to large mineral deposit with properties of large volume mineral,variety types of minerals,and it is exploitable.In order to provide technique basis on mineral processing technology,systematic studies on technological mineralogy of typical ores have been carried out.The conclusions have been reached as follows:①main valuable minerals include betafite,galena,follows by monazite,allanite,magnetite,barite-celestite and zircon.②88.03% of UO2 occurred in the betafite ore,and the rest of UO2 occurred in monazite,allanite,apatite,sphene by forms of isomorphism or adsorption.95.22% of Nb2O5 occurred in the betafite ore,the rest occurred in allanite,apatite and sphene in forms of isomorphism or adsorption.89.00% of Pb occurred in the galena ore,the rest of Pb mainly occurred in cerussite.③The textures of ores are mainly automorphic-hypautomorpuic granular texture,including texture,parcel structure,zonal texture,dissolution texture,mosaic texture and metasomatic texture.Structures of ores are mainly thin veins structure,veinlet structure,disseminated structure,and spot-like structure.④Automorphic-hypautomorpuic granular betafites with granularity from 0.15 to 1.5 mm intruded into the fractures of calcite and plagioclase with occurring of allanite and apatite.Betafite.Automorphic-hypautomorpuic granular galena with granularity from 0.3 to 1.2 mm occurred in calcite and plagioclase.Allanite,monazite,apatite with different grain sizes usually present at same place in the fractures of gangue minerals.The proposed process of stage grinding stage separation is recommended for significant difference of ores minerals grain sizes.
