基于DEM的立式棒条搅拌磨转速和充填率对介质碰撞规律影响研究

摘要: 在金属矿山细磨领域,立式搅拌磨机是一种高效节能装备,其中磨机转速和介质充填率是立式搅拌磨 机磨矿性能影响的关键因素。本文采用离散元法(DEM)系统开展转速、充填率对立式棒条搅拌磨机中瓷球介质的碰 撞规律影响研究。结果表明:立式棒条搅拌磨机工况下,瓷球碰撞的切向能量损失远大于法向能量损失,破碎方式由 磨剥主导。转速、充填率与能量损失均符合幂函数关系且呈正相关;转速与碰撞次数符合GaussMod函数关系,充填率 与碰撞次数符合线性关系且呈正相关。结合模拟数据与设备结构分析发现,垂直等距分布的棒条受层间距约束,其 对介质的作用呈非均匀性,导致介质运动轨迹等研究需追踪筒体内不同高度的特征介质颗粒以替代整体介质群。

Abstract: In the field of fine grinding in metal mines,the vertical stirred mill is an efficient and energy-saving device, where mill speed and medium filling rate are the key factors affecting its grinding performance.This paper systematically inves tigates the effects of rotation speed and filling rate on the collision behavior of ceramic ball media in a vertical bar stirred mill using the discrete element method (DEM).The results show that under the operating conditions of the vertical bar stirred mill, the tangential energy loss of ceramic ball collisions is significantly greater than the normal energy loss,and the breakage mecha nism is dominated by attrition.Both rotation speed and filling rate follow a power function relationship with energy loss and are positively correlated;Rotation speed follows a GaussMod function relationship with collision frequency,while filling rate exhibits a positive linear correlation with collision frequency.Analysis combining simulation data and equipment structure reveals that the vertically and equidistantly distributed bars,constrained by interlayer spacing,exert non-uniform effects on the media.This necessitates tracking characteristic media particles at different heights within the cylinder,rather than using the entire medium assembly,for studies involving media motion trajectories.
