司家营铁矿北区采煤沉陷区尾矿库稳定性研究

摘要: 司家营铁矿北区是国内近期开发的大型铁矿山,尾矿库是矿山采、选、尾3大主体工程之一,在矿山开发建设中作用十分重要。为解决尾矿库占地多而环境影响大的问题,对矿山附近煤矿采煤沉陷区现状进行了调研,并进行了稳定性研究,提出了利用采煤沉陷区做铁矿尾矿库的方案。经实施后,不仅节省了大量土地,改善了环境状况,经监测,其变形控制在允许范围内,实现了安全运营,也为同类矿山尾矿库选址和建设提供了示范。

Abstract: The north district of Sijiaying Iron Mine is a large domestic iron mine developed in recent years.And tailing pond is one of the three main projects in mining,dressing and tailing processing,and plays an important role in construction of the mine.To solve the problem of large tailing pond area badly affecting the environment,the investigation on the status of coal mining subsidence nearby coal mine is carried out,and its stability research is made.It is proposed that the coal mining subsidence be as the iron ore tailings pond.Its application can not only save a lot of land and improve environmental conditions,but the deformation can be controlled within the allowance in a safety operation.It provides a model case for the site selection and construction of tailings pond for similar mines.
