Abstract: With the domestic advances in research and practice of mineral processing in 2009, systemic research work was carried out in aspects of mineral processing technology, beneficiation reagent, dressing equipments, microorganism technology used in mineral processing, tailings disposal, and outstanding advances have been achieved in dressing of refractory ores, preparation and application of new-typed reagent, and research of magnetic equipment. The study method becomes more various. In addition, the research on microorganism technology and tailings utilization attaches great importance, however the study on the basic theory and engineering is somewhat unsubstantial, which needs to be strengthened further.
