气浮水力旋流器用于细粒浮选的探讨

摘要: 气浮水力旋流器是在静态水力旋流器的基础上,通过边壁加气的方式,实现了离心分离和加气浮选的结合。介绍了该机的工作原理,用于国内外细粒浮选的研究现状及在磷酸盐、煤、黄铁矿等方面的试验研究结果。认为气浮水力旋流器是一种高效细粒物料快速浮选设备。

Abstract: The air floatation Hydrocyclone realizes the combination of centrifugal separation and air-adding flotation through side-wall air filling based on the static hydrocyclone. The paper introduced the principle of the hydrocyclone machine, and the research status of fine particle flotation at home and abroad and the corresponding test results in phosphate, coal, pyrite and other aspects. It is considered that the air flotation hydrocyclone is a high-efficient and high-speed flotation device for fine materials.
