氰化尾渣综合利用工艺分析与探讨

摘要: 介绍了我国黄金矿山综合开发利用及含铜、砷浮选金精矿氰化尾渣处理的现状;分析了影响金银浸出的原因及机理。试验研究表明,通过加入混合添加剂、采用两段焙烧、氰化前加入助浸剂共磨,氰化尾渣中金、银的浸出率分别提高到82.92%和61.54%,浸渣中金、银品位分别降至0.55 g/t 和30 g/t。

Abstract: The complex exploitation and utilization of gold mine in China was introduced and the disposal status quo of cyanide tailing from arsenical-copper gold concentrate preparation by flotation was presented. The factors that influenced the leach of gold and silver and the leaching mechanism were analyzed. The experiments showed that the leach rates of gold and silver from the cyanide tailings were increased to 82.9% and 61.54% respectively by adding the mixed additive, adopting two-stage roasting and grinding with the addition of leaching aid agent before being treated with cyanide. Meanwhile, the grades of gold and silver were decreased to 0.55 g/t and 30 g/t separately.
