摘要: 四川某氧化铜矿石因氧化程度深、结合氧化铜占有率高而难选。对该矿石采用先浮选硫化铜矿物,再硫化浮选氧化铜矿物的工艺流程进行试验,并在氧化铜矿物浮选过程中辅以脱泥手段,有效地回收了铜矿物,同时使少量伴生贵金属银得到了富集,所得铜精矿铜品位为19.88%,铜回收率为64.22%,含银72.96 g/t。

Abstract: Due to deep oxidation and high occupation rate of oxide copper ore,it becomes to be hard to separate for a certain oxide copper ore in Sichuan.The process of flotation on sulfide copper ore,thus following sulfurizing flotation of oxide copper ore is carried out.With the aid of desliming in flotation of oxide copper ore,copper concentrate are effectively recovered and small amounts of associated valuable silver are enriched,with copper concentrate grade of 19.88% at a 64.22% of recovery and silver content of 72.96 g/t.
