甘肃某银多金属矿浮选工艺研究

摘要: 通过对甘肃省某复杂难处理银多金属氧化矿的选矿试验研究,确定了适宜该矿的选矿工艺流程为优先浮选。该矿采用D-421捕收剂、Z-205高效复合起泡剂优先浮选金银精矿;而后采用硫化钠、D-421和Z-205浮选得到铅精矿。本次试验大幅度提高了金、银回收率。生产实践结果表明工艺条件合理,指标稳定可靠。

Abstract: Based on flotation research on a complex hard-processing oxide polymetallic silver ore in Gansu, the optimal flotation process is suitable for this ores. In process, gold and silver concentrate are optimally obtained with high effective mixed collector D-421 and high effective mixed frother Z-205, then lead concentrate is achieved by flotation with regulator Na2S, D-421 and Z-205. The recovery of Au and Ag can be greatly improved in the test. The production practice indicates that the technology conditions are reasonable with stable production indexes.
