露天矿带式输送机移设方式研究

摘要: 半连续工艺已经成为我国大型露天煤矿剥采环节的重要技术发展方向,带式输送机的移设是整个半连续系统中的关键环节。通过对伊敏露天矿输送机3种移设方式的综合比较,得出两台移设机前后布置,同向行走,扇形移设为最佳移设方式。研究结果对其他露天矿的相似问题具有指导意义。

Abstract: In our country,the semi-continuous mining system is an important technical developing direction of the stripping and mining links in large-scale surface mine, and belt-conveyor shifting is the key problem in this system. Three shifting schemes of conveyors in Yimin Open Mine are compared synthetically, and it is concluded that the optimum scheme is as following: two shifters are laid out like fan one after one, and they work in the same direction. Study relnits can ake guidence for smilar problem in other surface mine.
