摘要: 选矿工艺要求渣浆泵转速连续可调,使闭环控制流程中各种管道的矿浆保持动态平衡,不溢砂、不断砂、不堵砂爆管,否则将造成选矿设备停车,铜、硫、铁精矿大量流失和浪费,出现重大经济损失。介绍了高压变频器的构成、原理及其在冬瓜山铜矿选矿厂半自磨机渣浆泵上的应用效果,并就高压变频器的谐波对高压异步电机的影响及解决方法进行了阐述。

Abstract: Beneficiation process requires that the speed of slurry pump be continuously regulated, so that slurry of various pipes in the closed-loop controlled process system can maintain dynamic balance, no overflow, no discontinuous flow, no choke and burst pipe. Otherwise, it will result in the parking of beneficiation equipment and a large number of loss and waste of copper, sulfur, iron concentrates and significant economic losses. This paper describes the composition and principle of high-voltage inverter, and the application effects of high-voltage inverter on the slurry pump of semi-autogenous mill in the Concentrator of Fongguashan Copper Mine. It also presents the harmonics effects of high-voltage inverter on the high-pressure asynchronous motor and the solutions.
