基于围岩松动圈理论的锚杆支护技术研究

摘要: 现有锚杆支护参数确定多依据工程类比法,支护方案的确立缺少科学理论依据。因此,通过分析围岩松动圈原理,并应用超声波探测金川Ⅲ矿1 554和1 220 m水平运输巷道的围岩松动范围。依据围岩松动圈测试结果,确定支护参数和支护方案,并通过数值模拟进行支护效果分析。研究结果表明,超声波能够探测围岩松动范围;围岩松动圈理论指导锚杆支护参数的确定是合理可靠的。

Abstract: The existing design parameters of bolt support are determined according to engineering analogy method,and the establishment of supporting scheme is short of theoretical foundationTherefore,with analysis of the surrounding rock loose circle theory and the application of ultrasonic detection technology,the wall rock looseness ranges of 1 554 and 1 220 horizontal haulage tunnels in Jin Chuan Ⅲ mine are detectedIn the light of the test results of surrounding rock loose circle,support parameter and scheme are determinedAnd supporting effect is studied by numerical simulationThe results showed that the ultrasonic can detect the range of wall rock loosenessIt is reasonable that surrounding rock loose circle theory guides the determination of parameters of bolt support
