倾斜中厚矿体分段崩落法损失贫化控制技术

摘要: 探讨了无底柱分段崩落法放矿规律,分析了造成损失贫化的原因。提出了以控制爆破效果、设计合理放矿参数及放矿顺序、利用交叉进路回收残留矿石的综合技术来降低矿石损失贫化指标,现场应用得到了矿石贫化率21.87%,矿石损失率28.02%的较好指标。

Abstract: This paper discusses the law of the ore drawing about Sublevel Caving Mining,and analyzes the reasons for the dilution and loss.Then some proposals are given,such as controlling the blasting effects,designing reasonable drawing parameters and ore-drawing sequence,using cross-way to recycle the residual ore in order to reduce the loss and dilution index.With the application,good indicators are obtained with the ore dilution rate of 21.87%,and the ore loss rate of 28.02%.
