助磨剂对云母破裂能的影响

Effect of Grinding Aids on the Fracture Energy of Mica

摘要:   采用自行设计的可以单纯反映助磨剂作用的云母破裂能测量系统,研究了云母在空气,水以及不同种类、不同浓度、不同pH的助磨剂溶液中的破裂能。结果表明:云母在水中的破裂能约为空气中的一半;自然pH下,浓度适宜(10 mmol/L左右)的CTAB、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和柠檬酸钠助磨剂溶液可使云母破裂能进一步降低10%~20%,其中柠檬酸钠溶液的降幅最大;助磨剂溶液的pH值对云母的破裂能有影响,采用pH为5的柠檬酸钠溶液,云母的破裂能可比在水中降低30%~40%。

Abstract: The fracture energy measuring system of Mica that are designed by ourselves to simply reflect the effect of grinding aids was adopted to investigate the fracture energy of mica in air,water,and solution with the addition of various concentrations of these grinding aids at different pH value.The results show that the fracture energy of mica in water is about half of what it is in air.Under the natural pH value, grinding aids with proper addition of CTAB, Sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and tri-sodium citrate can reduce the fracture energy by a further 10%~20%,specially tri-sodium citrate appearing to be the most effective.The solution pH values affect the fracture energy of Mica.When using the tri-sodium citrate solution at pH 5, the fracture energy of Mica can be decreased by 30%~40% than that in water.
