高精度XRF技术在新疆某铜镍矿的应用

Application of the High-precision XRF Technology to Analyze a Cuprum-Nickel Mine in Xinjiang

摘要: 介绍了新一代XRF2000-D高精度XRF快速分析仪在新疆某铜镍矿的应用效果及其工作条件、误差校正方法和仪器标定方法。该仪器在新疆某铜镍矿选矿厂用于分析选矿产品的Cu含量和Ni含量,分析时间只需200~400 s,且分析结果与化学分析结果吻合良好。

Abstract: This paper presents the application effect, working condition, errors revising method and instrument identification of new-generation high-precision XRF analysis instrument, XRF2000-D, in Xinjiang cuprum and nickel mine.This instrument was adopted by the concentration plant of Xinjiang cuprum-nickel mine to analyze the Cu and Ni content of products.It only needs 200~400 s for analysis, and also the analysis result do conform to the chemical analyzing results.
