抚顺市莱河尾矿库安全监测系统研究

摘要:  随着金属非金属矿山采选业的迅速发展,尾矿库的安全生产和环境安全等问题日益显现,尤其是我国尾矿库下游大都为人口密集区、城镇或大型工厂企业,因此,尾矿库的安全备受关注。通过对抚顺市莱河尾矿库稳定性分析,有必要加强安全监测,进而确定浸润线、库水位、滩面标高、坝体位移作为尾矿库安全运行的主要监测指标。利用GPS技术、传感器技术、信号传输技术,以及网络技术和软件技术,从宏观、微观相结合的全方位角度,监测影响尾矿库及坝体安全的各种关键技术指标,并结合现代监测技术设计开发软件平台,为尾矿库安全监测提供科学依据,对抑制事故发生或减少事故伤损范围具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: With the rapid development of mining and mineral processing for metal and metalloid mines,the production and environment safety problems of tailing reservoirs are gradually appeared in ChinaMoreover,there are some densely-populated areas,towns or large factory enterprises in the downstream of tailing reservoirsTherefore,the safety of tailing ponds should be concernedBased on the stability analysis of Fushun Laihe tailing dam,it is necessary to determine monitoring,and water saturation line,water level,surface elevation of beach,dam displacement as the main monitoring indexUsing GPS technology,sensor technology,signal transmission technology and network and software technology,comprehensive monitoring of tailings dam and the influence to the key technology index of dam security are monitored from the whole micro and macro anglesIn combination with the software development platform of modern monitoring technology,a scientific basis for safety monitoring of tailings dam is proposed,which is of significance in inhibiting or reducing accident injury in practice
