摘要: 在阐述目标规划优化机理的基础上,建立了基于目标规划的单矿床矿产资源开发优化模型,并利用“霍克-杰维斯”算法进行了求解,得出白象山铁矿由于其地质资源丰富,生产规模可以达到上限规模,而资金问题始终成为其生产规模扩大的关键影响因素之一。研究结果表明,新矿产资源开发模式使得姑山矿区可持续发展能力达到良好及以上,效果较好。

Abstract: Based on the optimization principal of goal programming,an optimizing model for the exploitation of single mineral deposit was built.After solving by HJ arithmetic,the conclusion is made that since the geologic resource of Baixiangshan Mine is very rich,and its production can reach the up-limited scale,but funding still become the key factors to the production extending.The research results showed that the development mode of new mineral resources can realize the good sustainable development capability of Gushan mine or better with good effects.
