某低品位钼矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 钼矿是重要的战略资源,我国钼矿资源储量较大,但品位低,开发利用水平相对落后。根据河南某低品位钼矿矿石性质,采用粗磨粗选,粗精矿两段再磨精选的工艺流程进行选矿试验,取得了钼精矿品位47.23%,回收率81.51%的理想指标。

Abstract: Molybdenum ores are the important strategic resource.The resoures are very large with low grade and low-level utilization in china.Based on the low grade molybdenum ore property  in  Henan province,a experimental study has been conducted.The flotation flow-sheet of  primary grinding and roughing,cleaning of the rougher concentrate by use of two-stage regrinding technology was adopted.The better index can be obtained with molybdenum concentrate grade of 47.23% and  recovery rate of  81.51%.
