齐大山铁矿开采矿石工艺矿物学及可选性研究

摘要: 齐大山铁矿选出的铁精矿品位波动幅度比较大,直接影响了后续炼铁的生产过程。为有效减少指标的波动次数,将齐大山铁矿采场划分为4个区域,对影响指标较大的3个区域及全区综合铁矿石进行工艺矿物学研究以及可选性试验,得出只有通过合理配矿才能实现矿石的合理开发利用的结论。

Abstract: The iron concentrate grad separated from qidashan iron mine fluctuated frequently, which affected the consistent production.In order to reduce the fluctuant times, partitioned the mining area of qidashan iron mine into 4 areas, carried out the technological mineralogy and separability study to the 3 areas' ores which affected the indexes, and got the result that only by reasonable ore blending could realized suitable utilization of ores.
