基于PLC的矿井交流提升机调速控制系统的研究

摘要: 针对矿井特殊操作环境,采用S7-300 PLC控制器和6SE70变频器,设计了基于PLC的矿井交流提升机调速控制系统。系统利用上位机实时监控工作状态,并设置了安全保护措施和故障处理功能。提升机速度给定采用PLC控制软件生成S形速度曲线实现,可提高调速性能和精度。实践证明,该系统能够满足提升机调速控制的要求,且可靠性高、灵活性强、故障率低,具有良好的现场应用效果。

Abstract: The speed regulation control system of mine AC hoist based on PLC was designed by adopting S7-300 PLC as controller and 6SE70 as frequency converter for special operational environment of mine. The system used the real-time monitoring work state of the upper computer,and set up security protect measures and fault processing function. The given hoist speed could be realized by S-shape speed curve which produced by PLC control software to increase speed regulation capability and precision. The practice proved that this system can fulfill the need of hoist speed regulation,and have characteristics of high reliability,strong flexibility,low fault rate with a good locale application effect.
