高梯度磁选机水冷激磁线圈缺水保护研究

摘要: 为了保证高梯度磁选机能正常运行,必须对其核心部件——激磁线圈进行缺水保护。将水位传感器与缺水报警电路PCB合理配合,在线圈排水口处组成多路、互不干涉的冷却水保护装置,当任意一根冷却水管中出现缺水时,都会马上提供报警信号,使主控制回路切断提供给线圈的电流,确保激磁线圈不会由于温度过高而被烧毁。

Abstract: In order to guarantee the normal operation of the high gradient magnetic separators, the core components-excitation winding must be offered for water protectionWith reasonable conjunction of water level sensors and detection amplifier circuit,a multichannel and non-interference protective device of cooling water could be set at the outfall of coilsWhen the shortage of water supply appeared in any inlet pipe,an alarm signal would be sent out immediatelyThis step could make the main control loop rupture the current provided to the excitation winding so that the coils would not be burnt due to over temperature
