铁精矿管道输送中固体运量的智能计量

摘要: 由于矿浆浆体特殊的物理性质,长距离矿浆管道输送过程中流量的测量和计量一直是行业内难以解决的问题,目前世界范围内还没有一种能够对矿浆流量进行准确计量的仪表。云南大红山管道有限公司根据管道工艺及管道运行经验,结合自动控制、通信网络、软件编程、计量等技术,建立了矿浆管道输送的运量计量数学模型,并开发了昆钢大红山铁精矿管道输送计量系统。运行实践证明了该系统的有效性。

Abstract: Due to the special physical properties of the ore slurry with a long pipeline transportation of solid materials, the flow metering is a difficult problem to resolve in intra-industry. At present, there is still no tan instrument which is able to accurately measure iron ore slurry flow in the world. According to pipeline technology combination of automatic control, communication networks, software programming and measurement techniques, a mathematical model of traffic measurement is established in Dahongshan Pipeline Company. Kunsteel Dahongshan pipeline measuring system of iron ore concentrate is developed, it is a effeciency of application.
