云南某高磷褐铁矿石选冶联合工艺研究

摘要: 云南某铁矿石性质复杂,有用矿物为褐铁矿,杂质磷和硅含量较高,磷主要以胶磷矿或类质同象形式赋存在褐铁矿之中,属高磷难选褐铁矿石。鉴于对该矿石工艺矿物学的研究,采用了反浮选—磁化还原焙烧—超细磨磁絮凝的选冶联合工艺处理该矿石,获得了铁品位为69.57%,回收率为71.62%的铁精矿,其中含磷0.29%、含硫0.17%、含硅5.75%,为类似高磷褐铁矿的分选提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract: A iron ore in has complex properties of containing valuable limonite and many impurity phosphor and silicon.It is a refractory high phosphorus limonite ore due to its high impurity content of both phosphorus and silicon.The phosphorous mainly occurs as collophanite or in the form of isomorphism in limonite.Basing on its process mineralogy research,a process consisting of reverse flotation-magnetization reductive roasting- ultrafine grinding magnetic flocculation was adopted for treating this ore.As a result,an iron concentrate grading 69.57%,at a recovery of 71.62% with P-content reduced to 0.29%, S-content is 0.17%,Si-content is 5.75%, was obtained,thus providing a new way for the separation of similar high phosphorus limonite ore.
