庙沟铁矿精矿再选研究

Study on Re-concentration of Miaogou Iron Concentrate

摘要: 庙沟铁矿目前最终铁精矿品位只有64.26%,精矿中含硅较高。基于此,对磁选精矿进行了反浮选试验研究。通过粗选时间、pH值、淀粉用量、CaO用量、捕收剂用量、矿浆温度、矿浆浓度对分选效果的影响试验和精选流程试验,获得了适宜的分选条件和工艺,最终获得了精矿品位达69.12%,回收率88.89%的铁精矿。研究表明,磁铁精矿反浮选是提高庙沟铁矿铁精矿品位的有效途径之一。

Abstract: At present,the grade of Miaogou iron concentrate was only 64.26% with high content of silicon. For this,anion reverse flotation for magnetic iron concentrate was studied. Tests under such different conditions as rougher time,pH,dosage of starch,CaO and collector,pulp temperature and pulp density effecting reverse flotation results and cleaning flow-sheet tests were conducted to determine proper flotation conditions and technology and obtain final iron concentrate products with iron grade of 69.12% and iron recovery of 88.89%. Research results showed that re-concentration of magnetic concentrate was an efficient way to increase iron concentrate grade.
