风速对工作面瓦斯稀释影响规律的数值模拟

摘要: 以张矿集团宣东二矿33208工作面为工程背景,运用数值模拟软件Fluent研究了工作面风速对瓦斯稀释的影响。研究结果表明:风速固定时,风流对工作面各处瓦斯稀释作用不同,其规律是在垂直工作面推进方向上靠近煤壁处呈波浪形,其他部分规律为较缓慢减小趋势,仅在局部出现较小变化;风速对工作面空间混合气体密度分布的影响表现在自工作面煤壁至采空区距离上呈“反J”字型,且对靠近工作面煤壁处影响较大;在垂直工作面推进方向上呈“J” 字型,且对回风巷附近气体密度影响较大;在瓦斯涌出量一定的情况下,随着风速的增加,上隅角的范围呈减小趋势,且其内混合气体密度越小。

Abstract: Taking the 33208 work face of Xuandong second mine as engineering background,the influence law of diluted face gas distribution caused by face wind speed is studied by numerical simulation software “Fluent”.The results show that the gas everywhere of face is diluted in different extent when the face wind speed is fixed,the law shows hogbacked shape near coal wall on the direction of perpendicular to face advance,but it is slowly decreased on other position and exist small local variation.The influence law of mix gas density distribution caused by face wind speed shows that inverse-J shape in the space from coal wall to old coal mining area and its influence is bigger near the coal wall.The direction of perpendicular to face advance shows J shape and the influence is bigger near the return airway.The range of upper corner and mix gas density is decreased as the face wind speed increased if gas emission is fixed.
