摘要: 介绍了一套独立自主研制的,基于能量色散X射线荧光分析方法(EDXRF)的矿浆品位在线分析系统,该分析系统能对矿浆品位进行实时快速在线检测。经过苏州小茅山铜铅锌矿的现场实际应用,取得了较好效果。该系统目前能够较好满足实际选矿生产需要,完成选矿过程的连续在线检测,及时指导生产。本系统采取了自创的双探头加滤光片技术,有效克服了相邻元素的相互干扰,使检测精度和仪器整体性能得到了较大提升,为更高性能品位在线分析系统的研制奠定了基础。

Abstract: A set of pulp grade on-line analysis system,which was based on energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis (EDXRF) technology and produced independently by our institute is introduced. The analysis system can realize on-line detection on pulp grade in real-time. After on-site practical application at Suzhou Xiaomaoshan Copper-Lead-Zinc Mine,good results have been achieved. At present,the system can perfectly meet the needs of the actual production in mineral processing,and can provide guidance in production. The dual-sensor and filter technology is adopted in the system and the interference between adjacent elements can be effectively overcome. In this way,the overall detection accuracy and equipment performance is much enhanced,thus laying the foundation for developing higher performance on-line analysis system of pulp grade.
