灰色理论在分析露天矿设备能力中的应用

摘要: 为了分析露天矿设备生产能力,以灰色系统的建模、关联度分析及残差辨识为基础,建立了灰色系统理论模型,并将该模型应用到某矿设备的生产能力分析预测中。由后验差检验结果,精度检验等级可知,基于灰色理论预测矿山设备的能力拟合精度好,预测结果正确可靠。为矿山设计、矿山生产计划编制及矿山采剥工程模拟时对各设备的生产能力进行动态的随机计算提供了重要的方法,以别于传统的静态参量方法。

Abstract: In order to analyze the equipment capacity in surface coal mine,a theoretical model of grey system was built based on the grey system theory modeling,association degree analysis and the residual error identityThen this model was applied to analyze and predict equipment capacity of some surface coal mineIt is shown that the grey system theory can image equipment capacity because it has the virtue fitting precision and reliable prediction results according to posteriorvariancetest and precision testing gradeIt provides an important method for mine design,production planning and mining equipment capacity calculation of mining and stripping engineering,and distinguishes from the traditional static parameters methods.
