鄂西高磷赤铁矿床盘区机械化 大规模开采方案研究

摘要: 鄂西沉积型高磷赤铁矿床具有矿体薄、倾角缓、矿岩稳定、储量大等特点,如果采用常规技术和设备开采这种类型的矿床,则难以达到规模化开采之目的。为此,在原开采设计方案基础上进行了改进,提出了划分采场为盘区、构建以矿用自卸汽车为主的坑内运输系统、设置装载硐室实现矿石装车的综合优化技术方案,从而取消电机车出矿运输水平(1 370 m)和溜井振动放矿系统。通过这些改进,不仅可以节省基建工程量16 076.54 m3,减少投资1 019万元,而且可改善坑内运输通风条件,降低生产经营成本,加强生产协调性和灵活性,为安全生产提供保障。

Abstract: The sedimentary high phosphorus hematite deposit in Western Hubei Province has a property of thin ore-bodies, slow dip, steady and huge ore reserves etc.If adopting the conventional technology and equipment to recover this type of deposits, it is difficult to realize a large-scale exploitation.To this end, the original mining design scheme is improved, proposing a comprehensive optimization program of dividing the mining field into panels, building a dump truck-based pit transport system, and setting the ore loading chambers.Then, the ore transport level (1 370 m) of the motor vehicle and the ore-drawing system of chute vibration are cancelled.These improvements can not only lower the infrastructure of 16 076.54 m3 and the investments of 10.19 million yuan, but also improve the ventilation conditions of pit transport.Hence, the production costs are lowered and the coordination and flexibility of production are enhanced, and it provides a guarantee for the safety production.
