脉冲磁场在旋流-静态微泡浮选柱中的应用

Application of the Pulsed Magnetic Field in the Cyclone-static Microbubble Flotation Column

摘要: 为降低某磁铁矿选矿厂的浮选尾矿品位,进行了新型磁浮选脱硅试验研究。结果表明,相比常规旋流-静态微泡浮选柱1次粗选、2次扫选反浮选工艺流程,浮选柱柱体附加脉冲磁场后采用1次粗选、1次扫选工艺流程,在入浮原矿性质和精矿品位基本相同的情况下,浮选时间缩短了30%,尾矿品位降低了6.35个百分点,回收率提高0.95个百分点。磁浮选方法在磁铁矿反浮选中的应用,为我国磁铁矿分选开辟了一条新的途径。

Abstract: In order to reduce the flotation tailings grade of a dressing plant of magnetite, experimental researches on the new magnetic flotation with silicon removal were carried out. The results showed that comparing with the conventional inverse flotation process of one-roughing and two-scavenging with cyclone-static microbubble flotation column, the process of one-roughing and one-scavenging after the flotation column was added with an additional pulsed magnetic field shortened the flotation time of 30%, reduced the tailings grade by 6.35 percent, and increased the recovery by 0.95 percent under the similar circumstances of raw ore’s nature and concentrate grade before the flotation. The application of magnetic flotation method in reverse flotation of magnetite opens up a new approach for the separation of magnetite in China.
