Bi2O3催化氧化法处理选矿废水试验研究

摘要: 研究了用Bi2O3催化氧化法处理含黄药的模拟选矿废水的降解效果,分别考察了光照与否、反应时间、废水的pH值、Bi2O3用量、黄药浓度、催化剂可重复利用性等因素对催化氧化效果的影响。结果表明,黄药初始浓度30 mg/L,自然pH=7.2,Bi2O3用量为1 g/L且无光照条件下搅拌反应60 min,黄药降解率可达99.74%,催化剂重复利用4次仍有较好的活性,且在黄药降解过程中不产生任何中间产物,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract: The degradation effect of treating the simulating beneficiation wastewater containing xanthate with Bi2O3 catalytic oxidation was investigated to check out the effect of light or not, the reaction time, pH value in wastewater, the dosage of Bi2O3, the concentration of xanthate, the reusability of catalyst on the catalytic oxidation.The results showed that with the initial xanthate concentration of 30 mg/L, the natural pH=7.2, Bi2O3 dosage of 1g/L, no light and stirring for 60min, the degradation rate of xanthate reached 99.74%.If reused for four times, the catalyst still has a good activity.Moreover, in the degradation process of xanthate, no intermediate product was produced.So it has a high practical value.
