煤种对某难选铁矿石直接还原的影响

摘要: 在不同焙烧温度、还原剂用量、焙烧时间、助熔剂用量、磨矿细度条件下,分别以褐煤(C1)和无烟煤(C2)为还原剂,研究了煤种对某难选铁矿石直接还原焙烧—磁选的影响。结果表明:不添加助熔剂时,C2的直接还原效果要优于C1;添加助熔剂可改善直接还原效果,而且对C1的改善效果更明显。在添加助熔剂的选优条件下,C1和C2分别可获得品位为90.32%和90.34%的直接还原铁,但采用C1时的回收率较采用C2时高5.30个百分点,达到80.66%,而且C1比C2成本低,因此C1更适合用于某难选铁矿石的直接还原。

Abstract: Under different roasting temperature, reduction agent dosage, roasting time, fluxing agent and different grinding fineness, and taking the lignite coal (C1) and fluxing coal (C2) as reduction agents, the effects of different coal types on direct reduction roasting and magnetic separation were investigated. The results showed that the reduction effect of C2 was better than that of C1 without addition of the fluxing agents. The fluxing agent can improve the effect of direct reduction, especially for C1. With the addition of fluxing agents, DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) of 90.32% and 90.34% can be obtained by C1 and C2 respectively, while the recovery with C1 is higher by 5.30% up to be 80.66% than that of C2. Even, C1 costs less than C2, so the coal C1 is more beneficial to the reduction of iron ore.
