水胶比和细度对矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料性能的影响

Effect of Water-binder Ratio and Fineness on Performance of Slag and Fly Ash Cementitious Material

摘要: 利用XRD、SEM等方法,研究了不同比表面积的矿渣和不同水胶比制备的矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料的水化产物,对其力学性能、物相组成、微观结构及形貌特征进行了探讨。结果表明,随着矿渣比表面积的增加,矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料强度呈上升趋势;随着水胶比的增大,胶凝材料强度先增大后减小。当矿渣比表面积为500 m2/kg,水胶比为0.44时,矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料可获得较好抗压强度和抗折强度。

Abstract: The hydrated products of slag and fly ash cementitious materials with difference specific area and water-binder ratio were studied by means of XRD and SEM.Its mechanical properties, microstructure and morphological characteristics were discussed.The results showed that the strength of the samples tended to increase with specific area increasing; And the strength of the samples tended to increase and then decrease with the water-binder ratio increasing.When the specific area of slag was 500 m2/kg, and the water-binder ratio was 0.44, the slag-fly ash cementitious material can reach better compressive strength and flexural strength.
