微细鲕状赤铁矿颗粒絮凝行为研究

摘要: 嵌布粒度极细的鲕状赤铁矿(小于20 μm),极易泥化,具有严重的矿泥覆盖现象,传统的重选、磁选、浮选选矿工艺处理这类矿石,很难取得满意效果,致使微细铁矿物颗粒无法有效回收,造成有用矿物大量流失。已有大量的研究工作表明,选择性絮凝法是处理微细粒赤铁矿的有效分选工艺。为此,针对微细粒鲕状赤铁矿,研究了不同絮凝剂用量、搅拌时间、剪切速率及分散剂用量对絮凝行为的影响,为进一步选择性絮凝分选研究提供基础。

Abstract: The fine oolitic hematite ores (<20 μm) are easily covered by ore slimes, therefore, it is very difficult to get a satisfactory separation result with traditional crafts, like gravity separation, magnetic separation, and flotation.Hence, the tiny iron ores can not be recovered effectively, leading to about a large of useful minerals running off.Lots of researches indicated that the selective flocculation was an effective separation craft in many research works.In view of oolitic hematite ores, different effects of flocculant dosage, mixing time, shear rate and the amount of dispersant on the flocculation behavior are studied, laying a foundation for further selective flocculation separation research.
