基于集值迭代的多专家主观权重确定方法的研究

摘要: 针对系统综合评价中往往需要建立多个指标体系,并赋以权重来体现不同指标贡献的特点,首先指出了层次分析法的不足之处,然后将多位专家的信息进行了迭代,并以区间的形式给出了2指标的比较值,更符合人们的思维方式,并减少了一致性检验的过程。实例表明,该法减少了评价指标的比较次数,能够合理地反映评价指标权重,为系统综合评价确定主观权重提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract: A comprehensive assessment of system often requires several indicator systems,which are given weights to reflect their respective distribution.The defects of hierarchy analysis method are pointed out.The multi-experts' information iteration is made and the comparative value of two indicators in interval form is given,which is in more conformity with people's thinking way and reduces the process of consistency check.The real application cases show that this method can reduce the times of indicator comparison and rationally reflect the weight of assessment indicators,thus providing a new approach to determining the index subjective weight in system comprehensive assessment.
