西藏弄如日金矿浮选试验研究

摘要: 针对西藏弄如日金矿的矿石性质,采用一次粗选、四次扫选、二次精浮选工艺流程,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占91.97%,丁黄药和丁胺黑药为捕收剂,水玻璃为分散剂,2#油为起泡剂,浮选得到金精矿产率为3.00%,金品位为172.83 g/t,金回收率93.79%,尾矿中金品位为0.36g/t,为该矿石开发利用确定了合理的工艺流程。

Abstract: For the property of Nongruri gold mine in Tibet,the flotation process of one roughing,four scavenging and two cleaning separation is adopted,using sodium butyl xanthates and ammonium-butyl aerofloat as collectors,and water glass as disperser,and terpineol as frother under grinding fineness of less than 91.97% -0.074 mm.The gold concentrate grading of 172.83 g/t at a 93% recovery and a 3.00% yield with 0.36 g/t Fe grade in tailing was obtained,providing a reasonable process for development and utilization of the ores.
