用组合抑制剂实现铜铅高效分离的试验研究

摘要: 以水玻璃+亚硫酸钠+CMC为铅的组合抑制剂,对某地铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石的铜铅混合浮选精矿进行了铜铅分离试验研究。试验考察了组合抑制剂用量、浮选浓度及抑制剂作用时间对铜铅分离效果的影响,确定了它们的适宜条件。在此基础上,通过1次粗选、2次扫选、2次精选闭路浮选,获得了铜品位为27.19%,含铅5.13%,铜回收率为97.26%的铜精矿和铅品位为72.98%,含铜1.46%,铅回收率为88.08%的铅精矿,实现了铜铅的高效分离。

Abstract: Taking Na2SiO3,Na2SO3 and CMC as the combinatorial depressant, an experimental research on copper-lead separation from flotation concentrates for a copper-lead-zinc multi-metal sulfide mine was made.Such factors for the copper-lead separation as the consumption of the combinatorial depressant, pump density and time were studied to seek for an optimum condition.Based on this, the copper concentrate grading 27.19% and bearing 5.13% of lead at a 97.26% copper recovery and the lead concentrate grading 72.98% and bearing 1.46% of copper at an 88.08% recovery were obtained by a closed-circuit process of one-rough concentration, two-scavenger and two-cleaning separation.
