河南某红柱石矿选矿工艺研究

摘要: 在对河南某红柱石矿矿石性质进行研究的基础上,通过大量试验确定了干式强磁选抛尾—重介质粗选—分级干式强磁精选—摇床和湿式强磁选强化回收的选别工艺流程。采用该流程,取得了精矿总产率为5.46%,总纯度为97.11%,红柱石总回收率为65.95%的试验指标,为该矿的开发利用提供了可行性技术方案。

Abstract: Based on investigation of mineralogy characteristics of a certain Andalusite ore in Henan province, a beneficiation process consisting of dry HIMS for tailing discarding-gravity medium separation- dry HIMS for classification- shaking table and wet HIMS to strengthen the recovery is determined by mounts of tests.Then a good performance with concentrate yield of 5.46%, purity of 97.11%, and Andalusite recovery of 65.95% is obtained, providing a feasible technical scheme for exploration of mine.
