矿山智能安全节电控制系统的设计与应用

摘要: 无论矿井中的矿车是否工作,电机车供电系统都处于供给状态,不仅存在着大量的电能损耗和泄露,而且时刻给工人的人身安全带来严重隐患。针对这种情况设计了矿山智能安全节电控制系统,在架线上所有矿车不用电的时候,将电供给自动断掉,当矿车需上电时自动送电。实际测试表明,在给井下安全作业带来了可靠保证的同时,节电效果明显。

Abstract: The power supply system for electric locomotive was always at the supply mode generally no matter whether the locomotives were at work or not in underground mines, which caused not only a large amount of power loss and leakage but also serious hidden danger to workers' personnel safety.A kind of intelligent control system for mine secure power saving has been therefore designed, which can automatically cut off the power supply when all electrical locomotives of a line are stopped and automatically resume the power supply when a locomotive starts.The practical testing indicates that the system has an evident electricity-saving effect while ensuring a safe underground operation.
